Can you afford and do you need a Cell Phone?

As one that loves technology and gadgets, the idea of a Cell phone is something I thought I couldn’t live without. Yet I find that for the cost of one and limited connectivity, I can hire someone even part time to answer a good old landline, and relay whatever it is I need to take care of through my good old VHF communications system. That’s right a dispatcher. I have dabbled with all carriers. Most are merging and if you think your getting a great deal, wait until you get the bill. If you roamed from one carriers tower to another although many carriers say its free, it ain’t. Then if you text, it’ll cost you at minimum of ten cents per text. And the web? Shit that’s what my computer is for ain’t it? With many states outlawing texting and even cell phone use while mobile, only Idaho is holding out on that, bet it makes it through the next Idaho legislature session. A.T.&.T. announced recently that they are getting rid of unlimited texting at low prices. The fact that A.T.&.T. is the first horse out of the barn, does not mean they are not going to be followed by the rest of the major and even minor cell carriers. With many states proclaiming that texting causes accidents, you can bet these flim flam attorneys ya’ll see on late night and syndicated TV networks are lining up to sue cell companies when an accident or wreck occurs while someone is texting. There are those who will say, why sue the cell companies when it was some teen, or other idiot behind the wheel that caused the accident? Just like a bar owner can be sued for serving some stupid one too many drinks for that person to drive home and has a wreck due to being too drunk to drive. Granted its the stupid drunks fault, but the drunks don’t have deep pockets. Most see bar owners with cash mints in their offices. Or the fact that McDonalds got sued several years ago, for serving some gal hot coffee, she spilled the 100 mile sea in her lap, got scalded and sued. Of course , hot coffee is going to be hot, but that does not stop some people nor hungry attorneys. The Cell companies are just trying to side step the possibility, and thus reduce their foot print a bit in discouraging texting while driving. How, charge you more if you do. So can you really afford a cell phone? I say , only if you really, really need it. In my case, I’ll just hire a hot honey for part time money to answer the landline and getting in touch with me via Motorola.

Good things come even in the rain:

I got a thing in the mail today saying I qualified for new quarters in Buhl, so be looking to swap me out of do nothing , go nowhere Bliss in a few weeks. Dig this $152.00 a month and includes cable TV. Not bad for an old high altitude kaynyne huh? Dig this too, the VFW meets at the place and so can our ayre group, so hey things looking up literally.

Heard from one of our Wolf-Pack, that the jaxass’s in MHI are pissing on me again. Guess what MHI Assholes, I am not reading your blog any more and I flat could care less. Ya’ll cain’t bother me or get under my skin any more. Shrink hazz me on 5mgs of Seroquel that I take once a day, I have both a shop and a hangar and getting stuff ready to get on the ayre as well as in it, so there.

If there is any justice left on Earth its that as much as they bitch, and bitched while I was there, the bitching really never mattered since it did them no good. And yes it got under my skin, but Ellie May and Emme Lou both convinced me all they are is a bunch of busy bodies that have nothing better to do and a jealous as hell, of what both I as well as the club does, that they can’t. So again

Met a super hot sweetie last night at Ziggy’s that gave me one heck of a stiffy. Now normally anyone under age 18 does not do that, but this one is a different kind of sugar. Need to take her out for a test drive ya’ll think, maybe feature in a Dixie-Diesel Super Rigs Calendar, pic ya’ll think.

Decided to feature the ayre group on RTV instead of the mother club, for now as well as run the hammer down to the online/radio station. Let ya’ll know what shakes. Can’t do much on that until mid August any hew.

Looks can be deceiving!

Ever seen some hot honey at some eating place or similar and thought she cain’t weigh very much and yet if she were to tell you , it would floor you. Ya’ll could not believe it. Thing is there is a new hot honey down yonder here at Ziggy’s name is Kaylee. Hotter than a pa of Cuzzin Leona’s Cinnamon rolls, and when the discussion came up , and she said she was 135 pounds I about fell over in my chair. Heck Sabrina said she weighed in at 140, which if ya’ll were to see her, you’d swear no more than maybe 110 and that’s soaking wet.  Some folks judge way too much on what they see on the surface. They only see vanity, not reality. Like wise many have said my rydes are POS’s, yet underneath they are more sound than they appear. I have said both need a cosmetic make over and I agree. But money output is less than money input these days and as long as I can keep em running solid , I’m in good. Oh sure I could go out, buy a new or newer rig or two, and be heavy in debt, but now I’m caught up with Qwest, next is the radio gear, the One World Media, and then Ellie May for her gift of getting LexiBelle out of bondage. Then I’m even with the world. This looking at only the surface rather than seeing or knowing the real story, is something I try to get past. The gal who looks like the meek and myld Librarian, might just be the hottest honey ya’ll ever grabbed ahold of. There was this older man that I barely knew in Pocatello some years ago. Looked to the world like a hobo. Pushed a well worn grocery cart all over town, lived in a modest home, dressed in a very worn old suit, but had millions of dollars in his bank account. In fact I was told by my XYL Suzi that the man could if he wanted too, buy all of Pocatello and Chubbuck Idaho, and have money to spare. Yet from the visual impression you’d never think the man had a pot to shit in, or a window to throw it out of. In fact it was my XYL Suzi, that made me begin to go to a look like a bumb , but keep the secret of what I was worth monetarily. Before Suzi, I dressed well, drove a newer rig all the time and looked like Little Lord Fauntleroy. And as such even after mom passed on , I was preyed on , by every hungry wench in Gooding , Jerome, and much of Twin Falls county Idaho. I felt like a mouse on a big field, just about to get snatched by a owl. The divorce from Suzi , took more than just my pride and self worth. She truly hurt me. She brought through me a son, whom was nothing more than to sponge money from my Trust fund and me. Only if it is really needed does some today get the full display of assets. Today the whomever gets to know me, long before they know what’s in the wallet. Granted these days that green is rather lean, but I still have plenty of green. Granted too, I may invest in things that make no sense, like putting $5k on the roof of a building in Goons Ferry that I didn’t own. In closing, don’t judge by what you see. It will surprise ya’ll.

The area really wants a kick ass station. They want us!

Went to the anticipated meeting at KBAX, the result? I’m too radical, and wyld for them. Not completely none understandable since KBAX is owned by a church. But KBAX is the extension affiliate to RTV. But I did make a contact or so, and that’s okay. After I trucked on over to our meeting place in Twin, snagged a couple of beers there, the view from most there? They want a kick ass, fight the system , completely unplugged station. In short they want us. While 80% of Twin Falls is on the move albeit slow as a mule, but moving to industrialization, rather than so much agriculture. Which as I say is not bad. After all agriculture keeps the byrds of AyreWolf Aviation flying. That said the reluctance of the area to embrace technology is amazing. Twin Falls itself caught a kick in its groin when Dell Computer pulled the plug and split. Yet Twin Falls is resilient. Even though I may in a year unplug and head back to Utah in efforts to do more in and on the ayre, instead of so much toew, still that wont thwart the ambition of the Knytes to erect a solid core affiliate station in the back yard of Twin Falls. Meaning both Buhl and Malta.

The monthly meeting of the Knytes will be next week at Anchors rather than this week, due to Western Days. That is something too, they are auctioning off places on the parade route, where if a horse in the parade shits on the spot, you win a prize. How about auctioning of the horse turds too?

Any myle, things are rolling , and its about damn time, the valley wants us. They want our kick ass station. Stay tuned.

News of some interest and a wonder why can’t I get it?

Flew down to Grace overnight to put a few flowers and all on Mom & Dad’s grave and honor them. Thank God that Grace still has an ayreport. No ATC, but at least a place to land. Bet the family on the east side of Grace’s ayreport right by the railroad tracks were grabbing ass, as I came over.

Any mile Cuzzin Claude came got me and ran me around for a day and it was nice to see real blood family. Kinda makes me want to move down yonder there, and I would cept I got way too much going on here right now, but mostly its so dern cold, down there. Got back here touched down at Jerome’s Ayreport, drove home and caught that old AD and crew were up to their old shit again. I will say this, the last entry was not as bad as some, but I will say this, my Dad , sure as hell did not hate me. Quite the contrary , if any youth were as loved , treasured and albeit spoiled as I was then, shit America overall would be in better shape. In fact if Dad had been around a few more years, I’ll guarantee that them 14 some odd families that had about 12 kids a piece, since Mormons breed like maggots, would have never ever got the new or near new toys I gave them through pressure from Mom to give one Christmas. Not saying I regret being of a charity mind or anything as God commands us to be that way, but if those same kids and families would remember and throw this old Wolf a bone once in awhile, it’d be nice. Guess charity and memories flow only one way, huh?

Alrighty then, I have asked this before , but I’ll ask again, why is it that it takes so dern long for me to get that measly bit of stuff from IDH&W each month? More over why does it take so damn long for it to show up? I mean I understand that IDH&W’s IT department is not quite awake from its Memorial Day holiday, and still inputting data into the system, and I know it takes a long time for that data to flow through the pipe to NYC and the eastern time zone, but damn it, I’m hungry. The flyte to Grace and all puked what funds I had left. So now sit here waiting. And if your asking why did I come home, too cold in Grace and two ain’t found a place there yet, but I’m looking.

Sometimes Ya’ll just got to wonder

Sometimes ya’ll just got to wonder at life and circumstances. Then ask yourself , is what I’m doing working? Case-n-point'; At the middle of February I pitched the idea, to Ellie May Nurse GoodBody that she ought to replace my aging cuzzin Bud as payee of my SSA funds. The only reason outside of some conveyance was so that each month, my check would go to her, we’d pay bill, plus put in her bank account the $700.00 she lent me over LexiBelle, and the rest we’d use to build the rest of the radio werx for the club. That was not to be, so she and another prospective new hire, suggested we’d set me up with this Alliance Family Counseling outfit in hopes that they could do one of two things, either, they be the SSA payee, (which they do not do) or B; convince the SSA that while I need my SSA Disability, I’m not so far gone that I cain’t do my own money management, in short be my own payee. After nearly two months in mid April here come some young whipper snapper to be my PSR. In the month and a half of him being my PSR, all we have done is chase a tail, of moving me closer to or into Twin Falls, into some low income or subsidized housing. Which there is a minimum of a two year waiting list for. When the time would have been better spent on getting me help on managing my money, getting me into some schooling that could increase my income, and something solid. Not just going to Twin Falls once a week, for absolutely nothing.

While I applaud Nurse GoodBody for her efforts, I’m considering very seriously of just telling this Alliance outfit that as far as I’m concerned they are doing little to help me, and that I’m going elsewhere for counseling for my PTSD, and Bipolar . Have not made my mind up completely but am thinking on it strongly.

Like I said, sometimes, ya’ll just got to wonder.

OOps they goofed again, what else is new?

There must be some real stupid people who make up web site banner ads. Was checking out my email on Yahoo, and saw an ad for A.T.&.T. on there on a banner ad with a pic of someone named Brenda. But I have watched so many episodes of Pensacola Wings of Gold, to know the pic was that of Barbra Niven , Kate Anderson who played the bar owner of the bar known as the bucket on Pensacola Wings of Gold. I guess the college buttwipe who put the banner ad together thought nobody is going to notice. Bullsbreath. Pensacola Wings of Gold is not that old and not that far removed. I watched the show because it involved both ayrecraft and the Marines, I also watched to pick it apart the show from a Hollywierd drama as opposed to real Marine flying. The fact that the base on the show was the same ayrebase as that of the Real VMA214 in Yuma Arizona, not Florida, second the same jet the F-14 that was on both Top Gun, and JAG number 201, was also on Pensacola Wings of Gold. Beyond that the fact that there were female aviators in the jet(Ice) and the rescue helo, 10 years before both the Navy/Marines allowed females in combat ayrecraft, much less on a carrier, which if one wants my opinion is not a good thing. Putting a woman in either is asking for a curse or the ayrecraft or carrier to be jinxed. But I wonder did some one screw the pooch on building a web banner ad for A.T.&.T. ?
